I made a new lookbook.

Check it out here: http://lookbook.nu/keikeiaznqueen

It's a really interesting fashion social community. I think I'll make this my summer project, to fill up my page. If anyone wants to join, gimme your email and I'll see if I can invite you!

--

The only "look" I've posted on lookbook so far is what I wore yesterday. And I feel that I want to post it here as well. I'm rather happy with it. Although the pictures are blurry. :'(

Pictures here~ Pictures here~ )

Reply to this meme by yelling 'Words!' and I will give you five words that remind me of you. Then post them on your LJ and explain what they mean to you. )

Anyway, I'm meeting up with my friend's mother tomorrow for lunch to discuss the details of my summer job. This better be good. :D

Summer break begins!

Actually, my school closed due to swine flu after Thursday. We received the news on Wednesday so we didn't have to go to school for the final two days of the term. School was supposed to end on Friday anyway.

Anyway, the two extra days off school were nice. We went to see Star Trek and that was a good movie. We also had the usual end of term gathering which was of course kickass as usual.

Photos underneath cut - interesting things, maybe )

Happy summer break guys!

Math test, check.

Econ test, check.

TOK presentation, check.

Math portfolio, next Tuesday.

Bio major test, next wednesday.

End of term, next friday!

Almost there...........

--

I did well on my math test for once btw, and this one was the big one. :D Hopefully this will pull up my predicted grades and make up for all the slack I did before.

And here are a few photos among other things )

--

Anyway, I get to rest slightly now because I've done my share of work for the previous week and all. This week my efforts will be focused on my math portfolio. But that'll start tomorrow after I get some idea of how I should approach it.

Man I'm a really terrible updater. XD

The thing is, quite a bit has happened since I last posted, so I think this journal probably deserves an update of sorts.

BUT!!! Before we get into that, here's a nice meme for you all. I dunno if anyone'd be curious enough to ask anything but if you ask then I'll answer. :)

The problem with LiveJournal is that we think we're close, but really, we know nothing about each other.

So I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me, something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about, or something you've always been curious about but have never asked, or something completely silly that you'd like me to answer for kicks. No limits on the range of questions, either: ask me anything you want to know about, whether it's a fannish opinion or a question about a fic of mine or trivia about my real life or my thoughts on events in the offline world.

Ask away. Then post this in your LJ and find out what people don't know about you!

All right, and after this, onto the proper entry. :D

That's why, even though I can't explain it very well, you don't have to cry anymore. )

I'm a year older again. :( 17 now!!

This is my 3rd year on LJ now. I can't believe I've been here since I was 14!!! I've known quite many people for 3 years or more online now. It's slightly amazing. :)

これからもよろしくね~

Yep, still working on SAT II maths. It's so saaaaaad. I do one question and I feel saaaaaad. But there's nothing I can do about it. I'll eat it up if it's the last thing I do.

It's midnight and I'm just STARTING to read up some of my biology notes for a small test tomorrow. Man I sure do use time extremely wisely. I'm not particularly unhappy with myself about these things though. I always 'make it quick'.

I have loads of deadlines coming up. On June 1st I have a biiig biology internal assessment deadline. On June 2nd, my English World Literature essay is due in (the final copy, not the draft!). It's coursework too! And then on the same day I have my non-calculator math exam. :( That makes me so sad. Why so many things piled up in a row, just after my birthday? I need to push my time management up a few notches in these few weeks.

Right after all these deadlines I have my SAT IIs. :(

Siiiiigh, sorry for being such a bore on LJ these days. Shit like this really kills my sense of... everything.

I thought, I'd just post a few photos... I finally got my hair trimmed properly last weekend after not really cutting it at all for over a year. I had lots of split ends and my fringe was starting to piss me off. XD

On a brighter note!! )

I have to run off to bed now!! Still have a bio test to revise for during form period tomorrow. XD I only managed to revise for half, after I realised that one of the units I have to revise for is meiosis. Stupid sex cells and their replicating.

I think this has been long long long overdue.

And I won't post double-locked friends-only this time. XD

Because it's over.

And I'm relieved.

It's a really long story, that until now, only a few selected people know about.

I thought I'd tell this story without a friends-lock this time. It's appropriate.

In a non-existant place, I stand as I am. So please live as yourself. I want you to live that way forever. )

10th-Apr-2009 12:32 am - Trip to Chimelong, Guangzhou
Ayumi Hamasaki - BLUE BIRD
Over the weekend I went to a place in Guangzhou, Mainland China, called Chimelong, which is a fairground.

It was very funny because I IMed a friend when I was in Mainland China saying 'Greetings from China!' and the response I got was 'Greetings from the free world!'

Anyway, the point of this post is to post some photos from the trip.

The hotel was 5-star and was very nice. It had its own miniature zoo there, because Chimelong has like half the world's entire population of white tigers (about 150 of them). The hotel has its own white tigers and lions.

There was a large zoo, a circus, and a theme park. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights.

Well, here are some photos!! )

I have none.

Well, I was just thinking about how I was totally going to get myself a nice Chanel flap bag as a graduation present, when I graduate from high school.

So I found this blog that contains images and descriptions of many many many expensive high fashion bags, including Chanel, and ooohhhh *___*.

I saved down the images of my favourites!!

Images under a cut. Look at these beautiful bags! )

Ayumi Hamasaki - I am... 2
Ahh, I hadn't updated for 2 weeks!

Totally forgot to update all this time. XD I barely checked my friends list as well (except over the weekend, which is actually why I'm here right now.)

As an update for what I've been up to for the past 2 weeks...

Good news! I didn't get a long hard lecture about my terrible mid-term report. I couldn't believe it. I'd been dreading the lecture for more than a week, feeling terrible and guilty and scared... and then I was let off easy! I can't believe this. It's too good to be true.

Last weekend, I went on my supposed final HKAYP 3-day hike (you know, the one where the last time we got lost for hours and almost thought I'd die?).

But on the third day when we first set out, 20 minutes into the hike, the teacher in charge of the whole thing received a call from the principal who asked to halt the hike.

Because apparently there was a thunder storm. Lol. Well, sure it was raining pretty hard and we were all soaking wet with our 20kg backpacks but we've already gone through 2 days of this, we might as well finish, right?

On the 2nd day, we got lost up on this hill for 3 hours because it was so foggy and we had no idea where we were. We proceeded to walk up every single hill we saw in sight in order to find the tallest one to identify as the peak of the hill that we were supposed to walk around. lol, we actually climbed to the top just to be SURE of where we were. Then the descending was rather special because the path was also vertical and my friend thought it would be a good idea to take off her 20kg rucksack and roll it down, then roll after it. XDDDD

What she didn't expect was for her bag to roll ALL THE WAY DOWN until she couldn't see it anymore. She literally proceeded to roll after it. She was so panicked and GODDAMN the sight of it was so funny that I almost peed my pants watching. XDD

Anyway, we stopped the hike on the 3rd day and I got the opportunity to go home and revise for my biology test the next day. It was pretty lucky to me.

Good stuff also: we'll have to redo the assessment hike, but only for one day! Not three! No camping! Yay!

Last weekend when I camped, I think the tent was really dirty or something. There were mites. I got a ton of mite bites (over 100 all over my body). And strangely enough, I was the only one who got them. Sucks to be a person with sweet flesh. =w= It's not even for any practical use other than to get bitten by bugs, either. What the fuck man. It itched so bad!

They're still dotted all over my body although they don't itch as bad anymore. I can't wear t-shirts or shorts because of that!!

I haven't got much else to say to be honest. The end of the spring term is next Friday. YAY!!!! End of term party sooooooon~ lol lol lol can't wait, as usual!!!!

Also, a friend of mine is coming back from Australia during the Spring holiday and we'll all go out as a big group. Fun~

And aside from all that, I'll have to get serious with SAT revision. What the fuck man. >.>

Ew, Extended Essay prep. Ew. What the hell am I supposed to do?

I'm just gonna. =w= Not think.

How've you all been?
